The fifth Joyful Mystery is the finding of the boy Jesus in the Temple.

Mary and Joseph thought that Jesus had been kidnapped.

Jesus thought they would know where He was and that it was okay to stay in the Temple.

Even Jesus had to grow in Wisdom, and He was God, so if you don't understand something, cut yourself some slack.

Also, don't assume the worst. If you can't find Jesus in your life, go to His Father's house - He's probably waiting for you there.
