"Jesus, may I be the last in everything ... and the first in Love."I'm praying for you!
:)
Update: I just managed to decipher your voicemail message. Extra prayers coming your way for all the days in the future when you have that much work to do.
Also, you're right that I "speak some Spanish," seeing as I'm majoring in it.
Adios literally means "To God," and thus is used more for a permanent goodbye, or when you don't expect to see someone for a while. It is also used in formal settings.
You can say:
"Hasta luego" for "See you later,"
"Hasta pronto" for "See you soon,"
"Hasta mañana/lunes" for "See you tomorrow/Monday."
Hasta literally means until, so you're just saying "Until [whenever you'll see/talk to them next].
You can also just say "Ciao," which is used to mean "goodbye" in virtually every romance language, but which originated in the Venetian language.
Hope you have an easier time next time you need to use Spanish!
¡Hasta mañana!
